- Perimeter check for damage (windows, doors, screen porch, & vandalism)

- Visually check for pest activity

- Visually check for signs of mold

- Basic visual check of pool/ spa

- Check exterior lights

- General landscape appearance check

- Turn on / off water at street each visit

- Retrieve mail from mailbox / door step

Interior Check

- Check windows and doors are locked

- Check for signs of water damage

- Check for signs of pests

- Check for odors in home

- Run water through all sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs

- Run garbage disposal

- Check all appliances are in working order

- Check AC thermostat/ AC filter check
